There is evidence that President Obama has authorized "drone" strikes against Yemen. Iraq and Afghanistan are Congressionally-authorized wars, but Libya is not. Airstrikes against Yemen is the fourth different conflict of President Obama. When will the House Armed Services Committee call hearings concerning Libya, Yemen and the War Powers Act?
