The congressman was an aide to Chuck Schumer right out of college, then a NYC councilman and then took Schumer's seat in the house. THIS MAN HAS NEVER WORKED A DAY IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR! He has never pulled a constructuon permit, or made a payroll, or paid corporate taxes, or applied for a business license, or the many other things that I help my boss do every day.
Charlie Crist was like this. He was a lawyer for minor league baseball thirty years ago, then spend his whole life in politics with no other income until he ran out the string last year and now has found his true calling, working for the biggest ambulance chaser in Florida.
How many people in government are like this, who pass laws with no knowledge of how the real world works.
